Inspect

Get info on nodes

1. Click on a node to select it.

2. An info icon appears at the top-right; click it to open the Details dialog in the bottom left. You can also press i on your keyboard to open the details for the selected node.

3. The Details dialog shows the node's family, output type, description, and properties. Circles next to each property indicate connection status:

   • ◉ (filled) — the property is currently connected to another node

   • ◎ (empty) — the property is not connected and uses its default value

If the Details dialog is open and you select a different node, the dialog automatically updates to show the newly selected node's details. To quickly close the dialog press esc.

Bypass Nodes

Select an effect or a shape node and click the ⏻ icon at the top-right. This temporarily disables the node, letting you see the graph with and without its contribution. Useful to inspect and optimise a chain of effects or a composition of different elements.

Bypassing nodes is currently available on renderable nodes as shapes and effects. True bypassing for all nodes is currently under development.
